Design Appraisals and Evaluation

We work closely with architects, interior designers and the design team to help take the headache out of complying with Part M and understanding your clients duties under the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA). We have a good working knowledge of the relevant British Standards including many other publications and can advise you on current best practice guidelines, over and above the minimum standard as required by the Building Regulations.

We have a real appreciation for good design and pride ourselves on helping you to realise your creative aspirations and those of your clients.

If your design is at the early stages

This is the perfect time for our involvement as we can advise on the initial layout in principle through to the detailed design stages. This is the most efficient way to proceed with the design process. We will work alongside you as a member of the design team, advising at each stage of the design process.

If your design is in the advanced stages

Following our initial meeting and understanding of your design scheme, we will assess your drawing packages, schedules and specifications and provide a detailed report of our recommendations. This will be followed up by a meeting to revue the report in detail and to offer further advice and recommendations.
